My favorite place! I've been craving Molca Salsa's Super Fries from back home in SoCal and (whaaat!) they had Carne Asada Fries. I was very pleased with my order and it tasted exactly the same. I was a little sad I couldn't find the specific shrimp burrito that I usually get with my super fries. But I highly do recommend their California Burrito! So good, to my California friends, it taste just like George's breakfast burrito.

First let me say, I'm from the West Coast and over there we have a Mexican place called Roberto's which I love. Pancho's is like the identical brother to Roberto's! The prices are affordable and the food is great! My favorite is the Bacon Breakfast burrito. The salsas they have are also good.

Coming from Oakland, Cali where the tacos and burritos from taco trucks are amazzzzing, this place doesn't compare. But if you actually go inside and get the sauces they have, their pico de gallo steak tacos aren't that bad. I also like their Pico de gallo burrito and my husband loves the california burrito which is almost like a breakfast burrito but better. The steak ranchero isn't that bad also. Also love that it's 24 hours, def help with the late night/drunk munchies :) just make sure you have a DD of course! Price is reasonable.

No flavor. Got the torta with carne asada and to start off with, the meat had no flavor. Like it was cooked straight from the package with no seasoning. After I seasoned it with only salt and pepper it had potential. Also if you cut up carne asada for the tacos (as shown in the picture) why not do it for the torta too? On a good note, the frys were delicious.

Decent Mexican food. I think it's a bit over priced $10 for nachos. Nice service. But awesome that they are open 24 hours in junction city!

Not the best Mexican food in town, but it is acceptable. The service, while not the most courteous, is definitely the fastest of all the Mexican food places in JC. Their burritos are on the bigger side for around $5. It's open 24h so it's the ONLY place you'll find Mexican food late at night. In the morning, coffee is free with any food order, but be careful as it can be extremely hot.

Pancho's. It is what it is. Excellent food for the price, best tamales in town, good Horchata, cool salsa bar in the middle of the restaurant, etc. In my opinion they serve better food than most other Mexican places in JC, such as "La Fiesta" which is a sit down restaurant on Chestnut street. Oh, did I mention Pancho's is open 24/7? If you are a new resident of Junction City, look no further for a cheap, quick, Mexican fix that is excellent... anytime of the day! Far better than someplace like Taco Bell and open on YOUR schedule, you just can't go wrong with Pancho's and I think it's highly underrated.

Best drunk food EVER! I really like panchos. Fast friendly service, and always a smile on the cashiers face. Their burritos and tacos are delicious, and greatly resemble the food I've eaten in Mexico. Great portions, and clean restaurant. The only reason I didnt give them a 5, is because their bathrooms could use some attention.

It was cheap 24 hour Mexican food. I had to do it. I ordered a bean burrito and a bean tostada. Even though it was my first meal of the day and it was dinnertime I couldn't finish it. LOTS of food, here! The food itself, beyond being cheap and generously portioned, really isn't that great. It's okay, but what brings Panchos up to 3 stars is the sauce bar that they have. I'm a hot sauce fiend, and they have a little island in the middle of the restaurant with four or five different hot sauces, jalapenos, and carrot slices. That's close to heaven for me. Give it a chance if you're a hot sauce/fixin's bar fan, on a budget, in a hurry, or it's 3am.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
